How to Use the Master Subsidy Lock E-Mail Template


MS Exchange Main Window
  1. Double-click Public Folders.
  2. Double-click the Customer Care folder.
  3. Double-click the MSL (Master Subsidy Lock) folder to open.
  4. Click the Compose pull down menu.
  5. Click on the New Master Subsidy Lock Reprogramming Report.

Note: The form will auto-install on your desktop.


New Master Subsidy Lock Reprogramming Report Template The (user) Advocate’s name and the date fields will be auto-populated at the point the template is installed on the user’s desktop.

Step Action
1 Type customer's name or, when appropriate, the Company name (if a business customer), Address, home phone number, P2K account number, and MIN.

Note:
It is important to type complete information in this template. This information is critical for reporting purposes.
2 Click on the button at the bottom of the form to select the Team Leader or Manager who approved the transaction.

Note:
The E-mail address book will automatically be displayed to provide the user ease in locating and selecting the appropriate approver.
3 Click on the envelope button at the top of the form to send the information to the designated Team Leader or Manager for approval.

Note:
The template will be routed to the approver’s mailbox for review. This individual will review the information and indicate his or her approval and forward the information to the MSL repository file for reporting purposes.
